School Values

We have chosen five core values that form the backbone of our school. These values support our vision and help our children to understand how Jesus wants us to live. These values were chosen in partnership with staff, children, parents, governors and the Church.

Do to others as you would have them do to you. - Luke 6:31

Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. -Joshua 1:9

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. - Luke 6:37

I will give thanks to you Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. - Psalm 9:1

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ God forgave you. - Ephesians 4:32

Each half term we focus on one of our values to deepen our understanding.

In the second half of the Spring term, we will be focusing on Forgiveness.

Weekly Reflection

This week we are thinking about Harvest festival, and about being grateful for all that we have. We have thought about being grateful that we have enough food to eat, family to look after us and the opportunity to attend school and learn every day. We know that not everyone has these privileges. We have though about not wasting what we have and sharing what we have with others.

We have praised God by singing 'Give Thanks'. Sing along with the video below:
