At St Matthew's, children in Years 2 to 6 get to enjoy taking part in our exciting Flourish Friday programme each Friday afternoon. During this time, pupils step away from their usual timetable to have fun at a club of their choosing based on their interests and passions.

Flourish Fridays were started in school as a way to inspire, motivate and encourage children try new experiences, develop new skills and challenge themselves in different ways. They provide a wonderful opportunity for children to discover new talents, build confidence, and learn alongside children from other year groups and classes.

As well as having fun, pupils also enjoy working with different members of staff and making new friendships across the school.
